When we talk about BUSINESS CULTURE, we constantly hear from people that getting along with your boss is a one of the toughest step in a workplace. Nevertheless, this is not impossible.
Having a good relationship with your boss, it will be good for your career, for the company's environment and your work will not be a burden. Employees may have issues with your superiors, however it is inherent to solve any of them and most important: keep these conversations between the two of you.
