Tip 139: US combat in Iraq over / Combate dos EUA no Iraque acabou

It was one of his promises when running for the presidency. And yesterday, Barack Obama has withdrawn nearly 100.000 troops from Iraq. Check the news below and his announcement, made one year ago.
