Four language skills / As quatro competências linguísticas
When we learn a second or a foreign language, we must develop four skills to reach fluency: listening, speaking, reading and writing. And every teacher should keep this in mind when giving classes. But before using specific strategies with your students, let us read more about each one of the four language skills.
Quando aprendemos um segundo idioma ou uma língua estrangeira, devemos desenvolver quatro competências linguísticas para alcançar a fluência: ouvir, falar, ler e escrever. E todo professor deve ter isso em mente quando der suas aulas. Mas antes de usar estratégias específicas com seus estudantes, vamos ler um pouco mais sobre cada uma das quatro competências linguísticas.
