Some news should be spread for the sake of knowing what humankind is up to. This is the case of New Songdo City, a planned international business center to be developed 40 miles (65 km) west of Seoul, South Korea. English is planned to be the lingua franca.This 10-year project is the largest private development project ever undertaken anywhere in the history of the world.
